二甲苯是广泛应用于油漆、橡胶、制药等工业生产的溶剂和中间体,对中枢神经系统有致毒作用。本文对二甲苯的代谢及近年来在生物监测方面的进展作一概述。 一、理化性质 二甲苯(xylene)是具有芳香味的无色液体,脂溶性强,脂/水分配系数3600,血/气分配系数约40,有邻-、间-、对-三种异构体。我国规定车间空气中二甲苯最高容许浓度为100mg/m~3。
