提出了判断不同品种菊苣在货架贮藏条件下色泽变化的一种实用光学方法。为了量化色泽变化采用了RGB数字化图象处理系统。借助HICUPP命令树把观察表面的颜色分割成独立的4个色区。将6种菊苣用于试验。采用综合分来比较样品在货架贮藏期间的红褐变化。讨论了在观察期间分割区之间的相互转化问题,单独考虑红区和褐区对色泽变化的影响及观察期间黄叶的生长现象。
A practical optical method for judging the color change of different varieties of chicory under shelf storage conditions was proposed. In order to quantify the color change RGB digital image processing system. With HICUPP command tree to observe the surface color is divided into four independent color areas. Six types of chicory were used for the test. A composite score was used to compare the reddish brown changes of the samples during shelf storage. The problem of interconversion between subdivisions during the observation period was discussed. The influence of the red zone and the brown zone on the color change and the growth of the yellow leaves during the observation period were considered separately.
