名师之义在于实现自我、惠益他人、促进社会,此全人之义足见名师之重,必深据名师之理。名师之理根本在于名师之真,即名师之名与名师之实真正相符的生态真师之理。生态真师是人性之通质与人性之特质高度统一的全质形态。真师之道即生态名师之道,是社会生活通师和教育生产专师有机统一的生存真师之道。真师之道奠基筑成名师之路,即知命副真,走生命生存之路,成为真正的生态真师;知基副通,走生活通业化之路,成为真正的生活通师;知根副专,走生产专业化之路,成为真正的教育生产专师。三者有机地整合于现实教育生态人教师身上,知真副全,走生态全质全业化之路,成为真正的教育生态全师,即名师。
