头孢唑肟(CZX)与其他3种头孢菌素对66株临床分离的细菌进行最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及最小杀菌浓度(MBC)的比较:CZX在MIC≤8μg/mL时,其抑菌率与杀菌率可分别达到64%和58%;头孢唑林(CEZ)为1.5%和1.5%;头孢美唑(CMZ)为29%和18%;头孢哌酮(CPZ)为21%和15%。实验表明CZX的抗菌作用优于其他3种药物。
