目的:观察纯化后的星虫多糖(Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide,SNP)的抗疲劳作用。方法:以不同剂量的SNP(50,100,200 mg·kg-1)对小鼠ig给予受试物7 d后测定各组的小鼠力竭游泳的持续时间,运动后血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌糖原、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性。结果:小鼠给药7d后,对照组负重游泳时间为(115±40)s,SNP中、高剂量组负重游泳时间分别为(206±93),(203±74)s,与对照组比较显著延长(P<0.01);力竭运动90 min后,对照组BUN含量为(8.72±0.46)mmol·L-1,SNP中、高剂量组分别为(7.55±0.70),(7.89±0.42)mmol·L-1,与对照组比较显著降低(P<0.01);对照组肌糖原含量为(0.41±0.04)mg·g-1,SNP中、高剂量组含量分别为(1.01±0.18),(1.06±0.22)mg·g-1,与对照组比较显著提高(P<0.01)。此外,SNP高剂量组肝组织中SOD,GSH-Px活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:星虫多糖具有显著的抗疲劳作用,并有其最适剂量。
Objective: To observe the anti-fatigue effect of purified Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide (SNP). Methods: The mice were challenged with different doses of SNP (50, 100, 200 mg · kg-1) for 7 days. The duration of exhaustive swimming, the serum levels of BUN, The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured. RESULTS: After 7 days of administration, the weight-bearing swimming time of the control group was (115 ± 40) s, and the weight-bearing swimming time of medium and high dose SNP groups was (206 ± 93) and (203 ± 74) (P <0.01). After 90 min of exhaustive exercise, the level of BUN in the control group was (8.72 ± 0.46) mmol·L-1, and the levels of high and middle dose SNP were (7.55 ± 0.70) and (7.89 ± 0.42) (0.41 ± 0.04) mg · g-1 in the control group. The levels of high and medium-dose SNP in the control group were (1.01 ± 0.18) mmol · L-1, , (1.06 ± 0.22) mg · g-1, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). In addition, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the high-dose SNP group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Polysaccharides from Starburst have significant anti-fatigue effect and have the optimum dosage.
