利用地方资源开发研制并生产了微合金化多元高铬铸铁磨球,在实际应用中收到了优异的使用效果。本文就其铸造质量、硬度分布、组织构成、磨损机理等作了分析并得出相应结论。
The use of local resources to develop and produce micro-alloyed high-chromium cast iron ball, received in practice the excellent use of results. In this paper, its casting quality, hardness distribution, organizational structure, wear mechanism made the analysis and draw the corresponding conclusions.
