免疫应答的基本概念免疫应答是机体免疫系统的生理活动过程,包括免疫细胞对“自己”和“非己”抗原分子的识别,免疫细胞自身的活化、增殖和分化,以及产生效应而排除“非己”。免疫应答产生的效应就是形成以B细胞介导的体液免疫和以T细胞介导的细胞免疫。在免疫功能正常情况下形成的体液免疫和细胞免疫有排除“非己”抗原的效应,发挥免疫保护作用,如抗感染免疫和抗肿瘤免疫等。而对“自己”抗原则形成自身耐受,处于不活化状态,无排除“自己”抗原的效应。通过排除“非己”,耐受“自己”,维持着自身稳定性。
The basic concept of the immune response Immune response is the body’s immune system physiological processes, including the immune cells on the “self” and “non-self” antigen molecules recognition, activation of immune cells themselves, proliferation and differentiation, and to produce effects and exclude “non already”. The effect of an immune response is the formation of B cell-mediated humoral immunity and T-cell mediated cellular immunity.
