本文叙述了跨度为120毫米精度达0.5秒(均方根误差)的球面散装轴承组成的精密短轴系的设计、加工工艺和装调,并叙述了获得这个精度的光学检测方法和检测结果。
This paper describes the design, processing and assembly of a precision short axis system consisting of a spherical plain bearing with a precision of 0.5 mm (root mean square error) over a span of 120 mm. The optical inspection method and the test results for obtaining this accuracy are also described.
