在《我国外贸体制改革回顾及思考》一文中,提出了外贸体制改革应从企业微观层面上进行“自下而上”的探索,坚决割断政府干预企业经营管理的行为,使外贸企业真正成为完全意义上的自主经营、按市场规则来运营的主体。在上述问题已解决的前提下,接下来的考虑是国有外贸企业的发展战略之路如何选择。我们借用波特教授的产业五种竞争力量模型来帮助认识外贸企业所处竞争地位,从而得出前进、发展的方向。

We borrow Professor Porter’s five competitive forces model of industry to help understand the competitive position of foreign trade enterprises, which come to the direction of development.
