为安全性评价提供毒理学资料对五氯硫酚用不同种属动物进行了多项毒性试验。结果表明,其经口LD50雄性大鼠为9090mg/kg,而对小鼠大于10g/kg,属低毒物质。其蓄积系数大于5,故对小鼠无明显蓄积毒性。对家兔皮肤粘膜刺激作用轻微,但对豚鼠具轻度皮肤致敏作用。Ames试验及微核试验中未显示诱变性。90d喂养试验中,中、低剂量组在血象、尿检、生化、病理及生长发育各观察指标未见异常改变,而高剂量组雄性大鼠的总进食量与体重增长明显低于对照,提示亚慢性毒作用阈剂量为909mg/kg。本研究未证实五氯硫酚具有卟啉原性作用。
Toxicological Information for Safety Evaluation Several toxicological tests have been conducted on different kinds of animals using pentachlorothiophenol. The results showed that its oral LD50 male rats 9090mg / kg, while mice greater than 10g / kg, is a low-toxic substances. The accumulation coefficient is greater than 5, so no significant accumulation of toxicity in mice. Mild skin mucosal irritation on rabbits, but mild guinea pig skin sensitization. Ames test and micronucleus test showed no mutagenicity. No significant changes were found in the blood, urine, biochemistry, pathology and growth and development indexes in the middle and low dose groups during the 90d feeding test. However, the total food intake and weight gain of the male rats in the high dose group were significantly lower than those in the control group, Chronic toxicity threshold dose of 909mg / kg. This study did not confirm that pentachlorothiophenol has a porphyrinogenic effect.
