扫描探针显微镜（ＳＰＭ）是纳米科学与技术领域中的强大工具。然而这些仪器大都原理新颖，操作复杂，价格昂贵，通常使用人员必须经过较长时间才能正确操作。本文介绍了一种计算机辅助教学（ＣＡＩ）软件——扫描探针显微镜教学演示软件。该软件将ＣＡＩ技术和ＳＰＭ技术结合在一起，主要运用文字说明，静态图像，三维动画，模拟仿真等方法，对ＳＰＭ的初学者进行ＳＰＭ的原理介绍和使用培训，可以大大缩短他们的学习时间，并能使其在较短的时间内对ＳＰＭ有一个较为深入和全面的了解。该软件可供大专院校作为实验教学使用。
Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) is a powerful tool in nanoscience and technology. However, most of these instruments are novel in principle, complicated in operation and expensive in price, and usually the users must go through the operation for a long time. This article describes a computer-aided instruction (CAI) software - scanning probe microscope teaching demonstration software. The software combines the CAI technology and the SPM technology, and mainly uses text description, static images, three-dimensional animation, simulation and other methods to introduce the SPM principle and training for the SPM beginners, which can greatly shorten their study time, And can make it have a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of SPM in a relatively short period of time. The software can be used by colleges and universities as experimental teaching.
