企业文化建设是企业管理的重要组成部分,它是以形成企业最佳管理机制为目的,以唤起员工对企业精神和经营理念的共识为核心的管理行为。如果说企业的有形资产是企业的肉体,那么企业文化就是企业的灵魂,是企业发展内在的动力,在企业的发展过程中,发挥着巨大的导向、凝聚、激励、规范和育人的能动作用。当前,随着市场经济体制的逐步建立和油田改革的不断深入,油田企业文化建设出现了许多新情况,新问题,我们必须要唱响主旋律,打好主动仗,坚持继承与创新,不断加强企业文化建设,为油田的改革与发展提供强大的精神动力和思想保证。
