根据中法标准化合作交流协议,法国政府工业和研究部标准化专署派遣价值分析专家塔西纳里(TASSINARI)先生,去年10月来华进行讲学和技术交流活动。塔西纳里先生是法国价值分析学会创始人之一,曾任该会主席,现任副主席。早年毕业于美国华盛顿乔治大学,是法国派到美国唯一学习过价值分析的人。他曾担任过法国国家宇航总署的专员。著有《工业费用的控制》,正在撰写《质量和价格关系的控制》。参加这次交流活动的有来自国务院有关部门、省、市、企业和高等院校40多个单位的60余位标准化和价值工程方面的专家,教授和工程技术人员。现将交流内容作一简介:
According to the China-France Standardization Cooperation and Exchange Agreement, Mr. TASSINARI, a value analysis expert from the Department of Standardization of the Ministry of Industry and Research of the French Government, came to China for lectures and technical exchange activities in October last year. Mr. Tassineri is one of the founders of the French Society of Value Analysis. He used to be chairman of the association and currently vice chairman. He graduated from the George University of Washington in the United States in the early years and is the only person in France sent to the United States who has studied value analysis. He served as a commissioner of the National Aerospace Administration of France. He is the author of “Control of Industrial Expenses” and is writing “Control of Quality and Price Relations.” More than 60 experts, professors and engineers from standardization and value engineering departments from the relevant departments of the State Council, provinces, cities, enterprises, and institutions of higher learning have participated in this exchange activity.
