This annual report is based on the requirements of the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) and the “Regulations on the Information Disclosure of Chengdu Municipal Government” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”), (Cities) counties in 2016 annual report on government information disclosure compiled from.
