本文录自1984—1987年间2200个可疑或已确诊的冠心病人所做的活动平板运动试验结果。运动期间出现室上性早搏有486人(22.1%),(不包括运动试验恢复期出现的室上性早搏病人)。其中133人做了左室造影和冠状动脉造影。造影后检出96个冠心病人(A组分A_1、A_2组,A_1组34人有心梗病史,A_2组62人无心梗病史)。37人未发现冠状动脉阻塞病变(B组)。这133人的运动试验结果及运动期间出现的室上性早搏的ST段(STx)压低及其前窦性心搏的ST段(ST_s)压低以及两者之间的差值(ST_(x_s))结果同冠状动脉造影结果做了对照。(室上性早搏ST段压低程度大于其前窦性心搏的ST段压低,为ST_(x_S)阴性)。运动试验阳性者A组72人(75%)、B组6人(16.2%)
This article records the results of treadmill exercise testing conducted in 2,200 suspected or confirmed CHD patients between 1984 and 1987. There were 486 (22.1%) patients with supraventricular premature beats during exercise (excluding patients with supraventricular premature beats in the convalescent phase of exercise testing). 133 of whom had left ventricular angiography and coronary angiography. After coronary angiography, 96 coronary heart disease patients were detected (A group A_1, A_2 group, A_1 group 34 patients with history of myocardial infarction, A_2 group 62 without myocardial infarction). 37 patients did not find coronary artery occlusion (group B). The results of the 133 motor exercise tests and the ST-segment depression (STx) and ST-segment depression (ST_ (xs)) of the supraventricular premature beat during exercise and the difference between them (ST_sx) Coronary angiography contrast with the results. (ST-segment depression in supraventricular premature beats is greater than ST-segment depression of the pre-sinus beats, which is negative for ST_ (x_S)). 72 (75%) in group A and 6 in group B (16.2%) were positive in exercise test
