4月2日至3日,农业部部长韩长赋就春季农业生产、种植业结构调整和农田节水等工作到保定、石家庄进行调研。省长张庆伟、副省长沈小平、厅长赵国岭、副厅长张文军分别陪同调研。韩长赋先后考察了清苑县中冉屯小麦方田、赵县西湘洋村高产创建示范方、赵县农科所,了解春季麦田管理、节水灌溉、水肥一体化、抗旱小麦品种培育等相关情况,认真听取大家对抓好春季农业生产、种植业结构调整和农田节水的意见和建议。
