目的 分析淮北市梅毒的流行趋势 ,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法 对淮北市 1995～ 2 0 0 1年性病疫情报表中梅毒疫情资料进行收集整理 ,采用趋势卡方检验进行分析。结果 淮北市梅毒发病率从 1995年的 0 .11/ 10万上升到 2 0 0 1年的 3.79/ 10万 ,年平均增长速度为 80 .4 % ;梅毒在报告的 8种性病中所占比例逐年增加 ;在性别构成上 ,女性发病增幅上升趋势尤为明显。结论 应尽快制定有效的防治对策 ,突出重点人群、重点环节 ,控制梅毒疫情的蔓延 ,减少病例的发生
Objective To analyze the epidemic trend of syphilis in Huaibei and provide the basis for prevention and control measures. Methods The epidemic situation of syphilis in 1995 ~ 2001 in Huaibei was collected and analyzed by trend chi square test. Results The incidence of syphilis in Huaibei rose from 0.11 / 100,000 in 1995 to 3.79 / 100,000 in 2001, with an average annual growth rate of 80.4%. The proportion of syphilis among the 8 reported sexually transmitted diseases Increase year by year; in terms of gender composition, the incidence of female increased upward trend is particularly evident. Conclusion Effective prevention and treatment measures should be formulated as soon as possible to highlight key populations and key links to control the spread of syphilis epidemic and reduce the incidence of cases
