为了研究动荷载与环境因素(温度、氯盐)耦合作用下氯离子在混凝土中的传输行为,设计出一套试验机制,以研究此工况下混凝土的饱水性能、不同应力水平下氯离子的传输行为及动载与温度耦合作用下氯离子的传输行为。试验结果显示,此工况下混凝土的饱水度均在99%以上,可认为氯离子在混凝土中的传输以扩散为主;氯离子的扩散系数随应力水平和温度的提高而加快;并得到此条件下氯离子扩散的活化能为19.9 kJ/mol;通过寿命预测模型得到常温下钢筋混凝土大桥的寿命为89.1a。
In order to study the transport behavior of chloride ion in concrete under the coupling of dynamic load and environmental factors (temperature, chloride), a set of experimental mechanism was designed to study the saturated water behavior of concrete under this working condition. Under different stress levels, Of the transmission behavior and dynamic load and temperature coupling of chloride ion transmission behavior. The experimental results show that the saturation of concrete under this working condition is above 99%, and the diffusion of chloride ions in concrete can be considered as diffusion. The diffusion coefficient of chloride ions increases with the increase of stress level and temperature. Under this condition, the activation energy of chloride ion diffusion is 19.9 kJ / mol. The lifetime of the reinforced concrete bridge at normal temperature is 89.1a through the life prediction model.
