(续2007年第6期29页)4节水与节水型社会建设方面的地方标准为促进全国用水定额的编制,水利部于1999年就发布了《关于加强用水定额编制和管理的通知》文件。目前已有25个省(自治区、直辖市)编制发布了用水定额标准,其他的省份也正在抓紧进行编制。已发布编制完成的用水定额,见表
(CONTINUED 2007, No.6, page 29) 4 LOCAL STANDARDS FOR WATER CONSERVATION AND WATER-SAVING SOCIETIES In order to promote the establishment of national water quotas, the Ministry of Water Resources released the Circular on Strengthening the Preparation and Management of Water Use Quotas in 1999 file. At present, 25 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) have compiled and issued water quota standards, and other provinces are also working hard to compile them.
