目前,测定果实呼吸强度的方法,主要有气流法,密闭法二种。气流法能使被测果实在尽量接近自然气体状态下进行,测定误差小,被普遍采用,密闭法和气流法相比,虽然装备简单,但准确性较差,一般不多用。但在气调贮藏环境中,测定果实呼吸强度,究竟采用哪一种办法好呢?通过实践,我们认为,采用后者较前者好。例如1981—
