本文介绍了研磨盘的焊接方法和次极整流焊机的应用方法。找到了超大不等厚材料的焊接方法，同时对特殊的异种材料间的电阻点焊进行了性能试验，针对生产实际要求，首次提出了去除点焊焊痕的措施。
This article describes the grinding disc grinding method and the application of secondary rectifier welding method. The welding method of large non-equal thickness material was found. At the same time, the performance test was carried out on the resistance spot welding of special dissimilar materials. According to the actual requirements of production, the measures to remove the spot welding weld were proposed for the first time.
