我国目前的学校教育普遍存在重学业发展,缺乏职业生涯的教育和指导。很多学生由于没有长远的规划,学习缺乏目的性、自主性。把职业生涯教育应用在高中班级管理中,是一个不错的思路和策略,以职业生涯规划为导向的高中班级管理,以工作优化发展为目标促进,使学生个体发展并使班级管理水平得到显著提升,实现学生的自我管理和自我教育。
