应用ABC免疫组化技术观察了17例喉癌、癌旁及正常喉粘膜上皮内花生凝集素(PNA)受体的分布。结果表明癌细胞PNA呈强阳性染色,毗邻正常喉粘膜上皮细胞未见阳性表达;在不同的喉癌组织学分级之间,PNA的表达呈不同程度,其差异具有显著性(P<0.005)。提示PNA受体可能是喉癌的一种重要标志,其分布与喉癌的分化、增殖有关,并为喉癌早期诊断和鉴别诊断提供了一种辅助手段。
The distribution of peanut agglutinin (PNA) receptors in 17 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, paracancer and normal laryngeal mucosa was observed by ABC immunohistochemistry. The results showed that PNA positive staining of cancer cells, adjacent to normal laryngeal mucosa epithelial cells showed no positive expression in different laryngeal histological grades, the expression of PNA were varying degrees, the difference was significant (P <0.005 ). It is suggested that PNA receptor may be an important sign of laryngeal cancer. The distribution of PNA receptor may be related to the differentiation and proliferation of laryngeal carcinoma. It may provide an auxiliary measure for the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of laryngeal cancer.
