运用简单相关、多元回归和偏相关分析,以及通径系数分析,研究了一个玉米双列杂交组中21个基因型的五个光合作用性状与生物学产量和籽粒产量之间的关系。结果表明灌浆期的 CO_2交换率、单株总叶面积、实际籽粒灌浆期长度以及经济系数等性状对籽粒产量有正的直接效应;其中前三个性状也对生物学产量有正的直接效应。这表明在玉米理想型育种中,通过这些性状的改良来提高上述两种产量是完全可能的。但抽丝期对这两种产量的直接效应都呈小的负值,这表明要靠延长抽丝期来提高产量是没有必要的。
Using simple correlation, multiple regression and partial correlation analysis, and path coefficient analysis, the relationship between five photosynthetic traits and biological yield and grain yield of 21 genotypes in one maize double crosses was studied. The results showed that CO 2 exchange rate, total leaf area per plant, length of actual grain filling stage and economic coefficient had a direct and direct effect on grain yield during grain filling stage. Among them, the first three traits also had a positive direct effect on biological yield. This shows that in the ideal maize breeding, it is entirely possible to improve the above two yields through the improvement of these traits. However, the direct effect of the spinning period on both yields showed a small negative value, suggesting that it is not necessary to increase production by extending the spinning period.
