《品德与生活(社会)课程标准》明确指出:“能否积极有效地开发利用各种课程资源,关系到本课程性质、目标的实现,制约着课程实施的质量。因此,要重视课程资源的开发与利用。”这一倡导确实是立足于当下《品德与社会》教学的现状。现行品社品生教材,不论是哪个版本的,每个色块一般是两页内容,文字不多,插图不少。仅凭课本上的内容是难以完成《品德与社会》课程所承担的学生品德形成和社会性发展的重要任务,因此品德学科资源的开发就显得尤为重要。
