目的探讨下颌磨牙重度阻生患儿应用微种植支抗正畸矫正治疗的临床效果。方法 20例下颌磨牙重度阻生患儿作为研究对象,应用手术治疗方法将第2磨牙进行拔出,均应用口腔外科手术、固定矫治器和微种植支抗治疗,保证第1磨牙萌出。结果应用X检查,连续对患儿进行10个月的矫正,T6治疗后状态为上升且垂直,T8即将移到原来T7处,经检查具有良好的牙冠形态。预测治疗后效果为微种植支抗钉的置入会对T8的前移造成一定的阻碍,因此需拔出,并整齐排列T6。结论下颌磨牙重度阻生患儿的治疗过程中,应用微种植支抗正畸矫正治疗,可有效改善患儿咬合关系,具有重要作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment with micro-implant support in children with severe dysfunction of mandibular molars. Methods Twenty children with severe dysplasia of mandibular molars were selected as study objects. The second molar was removed by surgical treatment. All the patients were treated with oral surgery, fixed appliance and micro-implant support to ensure the first molar eruption. Results X-ray examination was used to continuously correct the children for 10 months. After T6 treatment, the status was ascending and vertical, and the T8 was about to move to the original T7, which showed a good crown shape. Predict the effect of the treatment for the implantation of micro-implant anchors will cause some obstacles to the advance of the T8, so need to pull out, and neatly arranged T6. Conclusion During the treatment of children with severe dysfunction of mandibular molars, orthopedic treatment with micro-implanting support can effectively improve the occlusion relationship in children, which plays an important role and is worthy of clinical promotion.
