安徽省贫困地区有17个国家重点贫困县。多年来的脱贫致富实践证明:在贫困县许多种植业、养殖业和乡镇企业的开发性项目中,妇女发挥了极其重要的作用。“七·五”期间,作为安徽省贫困地区脱贫致富工作领导机构的省政府办公厅脱贫致富办公室,十分注重发挥农村妇女的作用和脱贫致富的积极性。他们从引导贫困地区妇女进入市场入手,围绕项目开发,走出了一条发挥妇女特点的扶贫工作的新路子。
There are 17 key poverty-stricken counties in poverty-stricken areas in Anhui Province. Over the years, poverty alleviation and wealth-making have proved that women play an extremely important role in many development projects in farming, aquaculture and township enterprises in poor counties. During the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, as the leading office for poverty alleviation and poverty in Anhui Province, the provincial office of the government office for lifting poverty and getting rich paid great attention to giving play to the role of rural women and becoming motivated to get rid of poverty and prosperity. Starting from guiding women in poverty-stricken areas to enter the market, they have taken a new approach to helping the poor work on women’s characteristics around project development.
