采用加氢精制-加氢脱蜡工艺,由青海原油高含蜡、高含氮的直馏常三线馏分油及新疆混合原油重油催化裂化柴油等劣质原料生产低硫(≤0.05%)、低凝点(冷滤点符合-35号柴油规格)的合格柴油产品。该工艺有效地缓和了柴油加氢脱蜡的反应条件,对提高柴油产品收率、延长催化剂使用周期及提高柴油产品的质量极为有利。该工艺对原料适应性好,扩大了生产低凝、低硫柴油的原料来源
