老师能和学生做朋友吗?许多教师认为师生间产生很深的友谊,做朋友合情合理,甚至应该提倡啊,持这种观点的人还真不少,但如果用理性的逻辑思维分析一下,师生之间做朋友甚至好朋友在基础教育期间是不妥当的,或者说是有前提条件的。师生之间建立的关系,远比朋友关系更丰富,两种关系的角色、任务和责任义务差异很大。在教育教学中,教师要充当多种角色,其中朋友的角色要恰当运用。教师要善待每一个学生,用交朋友的方法,做学生喜欢的老师,以达到“亲其师信其道,尊其师奉其教”的教育效果。
