目的了解山东省社区卫生服务机构中弱势群体对社区卫生服务的利用情况。方法 2011年5—6月采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取济南、潍坊、聊城3个城市的社区卫生服务机构的社区卫生服务利用者739名进行问卷调查。结果 739名调查对象生病时首选忍着15名,占2.0%;自我医疗147名,占19.9%;去社区卫生服卫生机构469名,占63.5%。对社区卫生服务机构的满意度调查中,对医疗水平及药品花费的满意度较低。结论弱势群体的医疗卫生服务主要靠社区卫生服务机构,加强对弱势群体的医疗服务是社区卫生服务机构的重要任务也是卫生服务公平性的具体体现。
Objective To understand the utilization of community health services by disadvantaged groups in community health service institutions in Shandong Province. Methods From May to June in 2011, 739 community health service users of community health service agencies in three cities of Jinan, Weifang and Liaocheng were recruited by stratified random sampling method to conduct questionnaire survey. Results 739 subjects preferred to endure 15, accounting for 2.0%; self-medical 147, accounting for 19.9%; 469 to the community health service hygiene institutions, accounting for 63.5%. Satisfaction surveys of community health service agencies show less satisfaction with the level of medical care and spending of medicines. Conclusion The medical and health service for the underprivileged groups mainly depends on the community health service agencies. Strengthening the medical services for vulnerable groups is an important task of the community health service agencies and a concrete manifestation of the fairness of health services.
