“问题学生”是指那些与同年龄段学生相比,在学习、行为、心理等方面偏离常态,需要在他人帮助下才能解决问题的学生。“问题学生”的问题并不仅仅是自身的问题,它还反映出家庭教育、学校教育等方面的问题。美国一位从事特殊学生教育工作的教师说:“孩子,不是你不能学好,而是我还没有找到教好你的方法。”如果用心探究问题学生难以转化的原因,你会发现总有一个深层次的因素起了主导作用。因此,在教育和转化问题学生的过程中,不仅需要我们的爱心,还需要我们针对这一深层次因素,科学地、艺术地选准切入点。
