南京市鼓楼医院耳鼻咽喉料,学习兄弟医院先进经验,与中药制剂室协作,先后对表面麻醉作用的十多种中草药进行研制,在试制过程中同志们用自己的舌、唇、鼻粘膜等作现身试验,从中筛选出麻醉效果较好的Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号表面麻醉剂(以下简称表麻剂)。表麻剂Ⅰ号:蟾酥20克,乌头10克,无水酒精100毫升。将蟾酥及乌头磨成粉用酒精浸泡三天,制成黄色渗漉液即成。表麻剂Ⅱ号::蟾酥40克无水酒精或甘油100毫升。制法同上。用法及剂量:取Ⅰ号或Ⅱ号表麻剂2～4
