延边州民族教育一直得到党和政府的高度重视,在少数民族地区居领先水平。能否立足区域特色,立足培养特色,立足民族特色,在理论与实际结合上,破解改革发展难题,是全力保障民族地区教育质量持续提升的关键所在。文章概括了其基本思路和实践探索:构建具有民族特色的体制机制;构建具有民族特色的教育体系;构建具有民族特色的培养体系。
The national education in Yanbian Prefecture has always been highly valued by the party and the government and has taken the lead in ethnic minority areas. Whether we can base ourselves on regional characteristics, base ourselves on cultivating characteristics and basing ourselves on ethnic characteristics can solve the problems of reform and development on the combination of theory and practice, and it is the key to fully guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the quality of education in minority areas. The article summarizes its basic train of thought and practice to explore: to build institutional mechanisms with national characteristics; to build an education system with national characteristics; and to construct a culture system with national characteristics.
