以4年生巨峰葡萄为试验材料,研究比较在自然低温条件下(<10℃)叶面喷施不同浓度水杨酸处理对巨峰葡萄冬果抗冷性及果实品质的影响。结果表明:自然低温条件下,外源水杨酸能使冬葡萄保持较多的绿叶数,显著提高葡萄叶片光合速率,提高冬葡萄果实的抗冷性,对提高葡萄果实可溶性总糖含量、可溶性固形物含量、果柄抗拉力和果实硬度有明显的促进作用;其中,以0.15‰水杨酸浓度处理表现最佳。
Taking 4-year-old Kyoho grape as test material, the effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on chilling resistance and fruit quality of winter grapes in Kyoho grape under natural low temperature (<10 ℃) were studied. The results showed that exogenous salicylic acid could maintain the number of green leaves, increase the photosynthetic rate of winter grapevines, increase the cold resistance of winter grapevines, and increase the total soluble sugar content, soluble Solid content, fruit stalk tensile strength and fruit firmness were significantly promoted; Among them, the best performance was obtained with 0.15 ‰ salicylic acid concentration.
