以反转六杆机构工作装置为例,推导出动臂在任意位置时传动角的计算公式;建立了极限传动角优化求解的数学模型;编制了相应的计算与绘图程序,并以ZL50型装载机工作装置为例进行了实算。
Taking the working device of the reversing six-bar mechanism as an example, the formula of the driving angle of the boom at any position is deduced. The mathematical model for the optimization of the limit transmission angle is established. The corresponding calculation and drawing program is compiled. Working device as an example for the actual calculation.
