以压缩空气为膨胀机工质,对不同进气压力及润滑油粘度下的单螺杆膨胀机的性能进行详细的实验研究.实验结果表明:进气压力的升高及采用低粘度的润滑油(低进气压力下)和采用高粘度的润滑油(高进气压力下)均可有效提高单螺杆膨胀机的功率和效率,降低气耗率.“,”The compressed air is used as the working medium,the performance of single screw expander at different inlet pressure and lubricant viscosity was experimentally studied in detail. The experimental results show that the power and efficiency can be increased and the gas consumption can be reduced by increasing inlet pressure,using low-viscosity lubricant for low inlet pressure and high-viscosity lubricant for high inlet pressure.
