用管道经济地输送液体燃料实际上取决于可靠的腐蚀保护系统。埋地管道的腐蚀防护通常是覆盖层和阴极保护结合应用,两种方法实际上是互为补充的。这是因为:1.覆盖层使得阴极保护在有效的范围内充分使用;2.没有受到阴极保护的覆盖层,在覆盖层被损坏区域由于密集的阳极电流放电,会导致腐蚀加速。对两种技术设计和实施维护过程中的两种方法进行了经济对比。介绍了新型检测技术检测覆盖层缺陷的原理以及使用有关的大地电位来评估管道腐蚀的保护状况,讨论了选择覆盖层维修标准使用的有关数据。
The economical delivery of liquid fuel by piping actually depends on a reliable corrosion protection system. Buried pipe corrosion protection is usually combined with coating and cathodic protection, the two methods are actually complementary. This is because: 1. The overlay allows the cathodic protection to be fully used within the effective range; 2. The overcoat that is not cathodically protected, accelerates corrosion due to the discharge of dense anodic current in the damaged area of the overlay. An economic comparison of the two approaches in the design and implementation of both technologies was conducted. This paper introduces the principle of the new detection technique to detect the defects of the overburden and the protection of pipeline corrosion by using the relevant earth potentials. The relevant data for selecting the overburden maintenance standards are discussed.
