各中等(师范)学校:在学校中进行反对美帝国主义细菌战的宣传教育,月前已发出指示,各校正开展中。根据实际情况,应进一步加强,并必须在全体教职员工、学生中开展爱国防疫卫生训练;从实际行动中,防范病菌,提高警惕,激发仇美情绪与爱国思想。因此要求:认识与贯澈爱国防疫卫生训练的目的:美帝国主义妄想以细菌战来挽救其在朝鲜战场上的惨败,这种滔天罪行,已激起中朝人民和全世界爱好和平人士的极度愤慨。我们对此必须加意防范,充分揭露美帝国主义进行细菌战的罪行,增强战鬥意志。通过爱国防疫卫生训练,深入贯澈抗美援朝爱国主义教育并结合健康教育,使每一个学生,每一个教职员工都成为爱国防疫卫生运动的助手和宣传员,从而促进我们防疫力量的增强。
