当前科学技术正在深刻地影响着经济和社会的发展。信息化和全球化的浪潮滚滚而来,知识经济已初见端倪。当今世界小企业不断崛起,并在世界经济中起着重要作用。在我国,小企业是地方经济发展的重要基础,是解决就业问题的主要途径,也是深化改革的推动力量。因此,我国小企业在当前形势下的发展战略是一个值得研究的问题。
The current science and technology are profoundly affecting the economic and social development. The tide of informationization and globalization is rolling away, and the knowledge economy has begun to emerge. Small businesses in today’s world are constantly on the rise and play an important role in the world economy. In our country, small enterprises are the important foundation for the development of local economy, the main way to solve the employment problem, and the driving force to deepen the reform. Therefore, the development strategy of our country’s small enterprises in the current situation is a problem worth studying.
