转型,对任何一个组织和企业来讲都并非易事,因为这意味着新的投入、新的利益调整,转型的代价有时难以以数字来估量。为了实现向服务型公司转型的目标,不但要进行相应的人力财力投入,更需要进行大张旗鼓的运营改革。
Transformation is not an easy task for any one organization or business, as it means new inputs, new interest adjustments, and sometimes the costs of transition are hard to quantify. In order to achieve the goal of transforming into a service-oriented company, not only the corresponding manpower and financial resources must be invested, but also a very high-profile operational reform is needed.
