采用恢、保回交群体和集团分离分析 ( BSA) ,筛选了 860个 10 mer随机引物 ,找到了与甘蓝型油菜波里马细胞质雄性不育系 ( Pol cms)育性恢复基因 ( Rf)连锁的两个 RAPD标记 AH19690 和 AI1683 0 。它们位于 Rf 的一侧 ,与该基因的遗传图距分别为 5.9c M和 13.6c M,两标记间的遗传图距为 7.8c M。这两个 RAPD标记的发掘 ,为进一步利用分子标记辅助选育 Pol cms新恢复系打下了基础
860 10-mer random primers were screened by means of restorer, maintainer and group segregation analysis (BSA), and found to be linked to the fertility restorer gene (Rf) of the Pol CMS (Brassica napus) The two RAPD markers AH19690 and AI1683 0. They are located on one side of Rf with the genetic distance to the gene of 5.9c M and 13.6c M, respectively. The genetic distance between the two markers is 7.8cM. The discovery of these two RAPD markers laid the foundation for the further utilization of the molecular marker-assisted breeding of Pol cms new restorer lines
