方向性交替性T波改变通常发生于双向性心动过速(QRS波群发生方向性交替性变化)之时。Q-T间期延长虽然并不少见,但交替性Q-T间期延长并不多见。至于方向性交替性(单纯T波的改变而无QRS波群的变化)T波改变伴交替性Q-T间期延长,则临床上更属罕见,文献报道极少。现将我们遇到的2例报告如下:
Directional alternating T-wave changes usually occur in the tibial tachycardia (QRS complex occurs when the direction of the alternating change). Although it is not uncommon to see the Q-T prolongation, it is not uncommon to see the Q-T prolongation. As for the directional alternation (pure T-wave changes without changes in the QRS complex) T-wave changes with alternating Q-T interval prolongation, the more clinically rare, rarely reported in the literature.
