上海建筑材料(集团)总公司现有离休老干部180名,其中享受局级以上待遇老干部20名,平均年龄为84.5岁。近年来,集团老干部管理服务中心按照集团党委要求,不断创新工作方法,认真落实两个待遇,满腔热情地做好老干部管理服务工作,受到了老干部们的高度称赞,集团老干部管理服务中心及老干部工作者多次获得市级、委级荣誉称号。
