职业院校导游专业是以培养面向就业岗位的导游专门人才为己任的实用型专业。在人才的选拔上除了通常意义上的教学手段之外,导游服务技能竞赛是一个带动专业发展,培养的和选拔高质量精英人才的有效渠道。然而,目前的竞赛项目设置多拘泥于考核专业知识与技能两大类要素,与实际就业岗位对人才的要求存在一定差距。本文通过对不同视角的职业院校导游服务技能竞赛项目设置的探讨,期望在竞赛项目设置的全面性、针对性和灵活性上出新,创造出更贴合企业需要的竞赛方案。
Vocational college tour guide is to train job-oriented guide professionals as their responsibility of practical specialty. In addition to the usual means of teaching personnel selection, tour guide skills competition is an effective channel to promote professional development, training and selection of high-quality talents. However, the current competition program is more determined to test two major elements of professional knowledge and skills, and the actual job requirements of talent there is a certain gap. Through the discussion of the setting of tournament service skill competitions in vocational colleges from different perspectives, this paper hopes to create a new competition plan that meets the needs of enterprises in a comprehensive, targeted and flexible manner.
