目的 对正常眼的多焦视网膜电图 (multi- focal electroretinogram,m ERG)测试 ,比较 a、b波振幅、a、b波潜伏期 4个参数变异性的大小 ,以便找出相对稳定的参数。 方法 受试者 46例 (6 0只眼 )年龄在 14~ 70岁之间 ,按年龄共分 3组 ,每组 2 0只眼。用 Rodenstock的 RETIscan3.12系统进行 m ERG测定。 6 1个 6边形从中央到周边共分为 5个环。测定 2 4°视野范围的一阶反应 (first- order kernel)。 结果 m ERG各项参数变异较大。其中 b波潜伏期变异最小 ,变异系数 4.5 2 %~ 15 .6 2 % ;其次是 a波潜伏期变异系数 10 .2 9%~ 48.6 7% ;b波振幅变异较大 ,变异系数 2 5 .92 %~ 76 .11% ;a波振幅变异最大 ,变异系数 43.82 %~ 88.2 3%。a、b波的振幅密度随离心距离的增加而降低。 3个年龄组 m ERG的环 1b波振幅变异最小。 结论 3个年龄组均表明潜伏期变异比振幅小 ,b波变异比 a波小。a、b波的振幅密度随离心距离的增加而降低。
Objective To investigate the multi-focal electroretinogram (m ERG) test in normal eyes and compare the amplitude of a, b wave amplitude and the latency of a and b wave parameters in order to find the relatively stable parameters. Methods Subjects 46 cases (60 eyes) aged 14 to 70 years old, divided into three groups by age, each group 20 eyes. The ERG assay was performed using Rodenstock’s RETIscan3.12 system. Six 1 polygons are divided into 5 rings from the center to the periphery. The first-order kernel for the 24 ° field of view was determined. Results m ERG parameters vary greatly. Among them, the variation of b-wave latency was the smallest, with a coefficient of variation of 4.5 2% -15.62%; followed by a-wave latency of 10.29% -48.6 7%; b wave amplitude variation was larger with a coefficient of variation of 25.92% ~ 76.11%. The a-wave amplitude variation was the largest with the coefficient of variation 43.82% ~ 88.2 3%. The amplitude densities of a and b wave decrease with the increase of centrifugal distance. The amplitude of ring 1b wave amplitude of m ERG was the smallest in three age groups. Conclusion All three age groups show that the variation of latency is smaller than amplitude and the variation of b-wave is smaller than a-wave. The amplitude densities of a and b wave decrease with the increase of centrifugal distance.
