随着中韩两国政治、经济、文化交往不断增进,高职院校纷纷开设应用韩语专业,但不少高职院校效仿本科院校的人才培养方案,不能针对高职教育的特点进行合理调整,导致毕业生就业竞争力弱,不能满足社会对高职毕业生的专业要求。本文结合所在院校韩语毕业生的就业特点,对高职院校应用韩语专业人才培养提出几点建议。 As the political, economic and cultural exchanges between China and South Korea continue to increase, higher vocational colleges have opened Korean programs. However, many higher vocational colleges follow the example of undergraduate colleges and universities and can not make reasonable plans for the characteristics of higher vocational education Adjustment, resulting in graduates employment competitiveness is weak, can not meet the professional requirements of the community of higher vocational graduates. Based on the employment characteristics of Korean graduates in their colleges, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to apply Korean professional talents training in higher vocational colleges.
