2008年5月12日北京时间14时28分04.1秒汶川发生了里氏8.0级大地震,震中位于中国四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州汶川县境内.根据中国地震局的数据,此次地震的面波震级为8.0MS,矩震级达到了8.3MW,破坏地区超过10万平方公里.地震使震区大部分砖石建筑及木屋连地基摧毁,桥梁毁坏,地下管道失去作用,铁路轨道明显弯曲,其影响波及大半个中国,甚至影响到东南亚国家.中国除吉林、黑龙江、新疆三省区外皆有震感,北京、上海、广州、南京、香港等大城市的办公楼群在震动中发生了摇晃;巴基斯坦、泰国、越南、中国台湾等地均有震感.地震造成六万九千多人遇难,三十几万
On May 12th, 2008, Beijing time 14:28:04:1, a magnitude 8.0 Wenchuan earthquake struck in Wenchuan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China. According to the data from the China Seismological Bureau, the surface waves of the earthquake occurred. The magnitude is 8.0MS, the moment magnitude reaches 8.3MW, and the damaged area exceeds 100,000 square kilometers. The earthquake destroyed most of the masonry buildings and wooden houses with foundations destroyed, the bridges were destroyed, the underground pipelines were lost, and the railway track was obviously bent. Affected more than half of China, even affecting Southeast Asian countries. China felt shocked except in the three provinces of Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Xinjiang. The office buildings in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, and Hong Kong shook during the shock; Pakistan, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, and other places all feel quake.
