对电动汽车上电液复合制动系统ABS制动力矩的分配进行研究,采取基于频率的制动力矩分配策略对期望值动力矩进行合理分配,以达到良好制动效果.分别对采用基于滤波器原理和加权最小二乘算法的两种制动力矩分配策略,进行设计和分析,最后通过Simulink平台进行仿真对比.结果表明,采用基于频率的ABS制动力矩分配能很好地控制车辆滑移率,实现防抱死制动力矩分配;采用加权最小二乘算法的分配策略能够获得较高的再生制动能量回收效率.
This paper studies the distribution of braking torque of ABS on electro-hydraulic composite braking system of electric vehicle, and adopts frequency-based braking torque distribution strategy to rationally allocate the expected value of dynamic torque to achieve good braking effect.According to the principle of filter And weighted least squares algorithm, the simulation and comparison are carried out by using Simulink platform.The results show that the use of frequency based ABS braking torque distribution can control the vehicle slip ratio well, The distribution of antilock brake torque can be achieved; and the allocation strategy using weighted least squares algorithm can obtain a higher regenerative braking energy recovery efficiency.
