由于棉虫抗药性的增加,单一种类的农药棉田喷洒难以奏效。为此棉农使用两种或两种以上的有机磷农药或有机磷农药与其他种类的农药混合配制的溶液进行棉田喷洒。这在提高灭虫效果的同时,也使棉农中毒的人数增多,中毒的程度明显加重,而在治疗上也与单一的有机磷农药中毒有所不同。现将我院于1991年6月至9月间收治的62例混合农药中毒的患者作一临床分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本文62例均为生产性混合农药中毒。其中男性49例,女性13例;年龄最小17岁,最大81岁,平均31岁。对照组为1989年6月至1991年9月收住的59例皮肤接触性单一有机磷中毒。其中男性48例,女性11例;年龄最小19岁,最大64岁,平均34岁。
