本文报道了,采用 Na~+-β~“-Al_2O_3的银离子交换获得以银离子为导体的固体电解质。以金属银为固体参比电极,多孔铂为工作电极而制成原电池型全固态SO_x气体传感器: Pt,Ag|Ag~+-β~”-Al_2O_3|porous Pt,SO_x,O_2,Pt并分别以动态和静态方式评价系统对片状和管状两种形式传感器元件的测试结果。研究表明,在400℃至800℃区间,当SO_2浓度为10~10~5ppm时,元件的气敏响应与理论值相当符合,动态响应时间小于1min。 经优化设计,该传感器有良好的热力学稳定性,克服了以往体系的缺点,可望研制开发为实用、灵敏、快速的SO_x传感器。
In this paper, the solid electrolyte with silver ions as the conductor was obtained by silver ion exchange of Na ~ + -β ~ “- Al_2O_3. The solid electrolyte was prepared by using metal silver as the solid reference electrode and porous platinum as the working electrode Solid SO_x gas sensors: Pt, Ag | Ag ~ + ~ β ~ ”- Al_2O_3 | porous Pt, SO_x, O_2 and Pt were used to evaluate the system test results of both sheet and tube type sensor elements in dynamic and static mode . The results show that when the concentration of SO_2 is 10 ~ 10 ~ 5ppm in the range of 400 ℃ to 800 ℃, the gas sensing response of the device is in good agreement with the theoretical value, and the dynamic response time is less than 1min. The optimized design, the sensor has good thermodynamic stability, to overcome the shortcomings of the previous system is expected to be developed for practical, sensitive, fast SO_x sensor.
